    Hi, just got an answer from woo commerce team, and here is the answer :

    “I have checked and found that it’s working fine in WooCommerce. There is an issue in your theme or conflict with other plugins. There is a “display:none” will apply on Product short description through some js. so that’s why description disappears.”

    I tried to disable all the plugin as well, but nothing changes.

    Rui,

    I tried to installed “twenty 16” theme and clicked on the link provided.
    The page is the same as the one with Atelier theme.

    Was it the result expected?

    Yes, there is the problem, just 2 items while I put 4 into it.

    My category name is “Sale”, I set the same in the “product” element.

    Asset type : Sale Products
    Product category : Sale
    Column count : 5
    Number of items : 10

    Into this product category (Sale), there are 4 items but only 2 is showed.

    I also noticed that I have products which I discounted but doesn’t show the “sale” red tag on the right of the image …

    Do you have any suggestion to promote the categories name below the image? Maybe something like Translucent white box?

    @Swift Ideas – Ed, Now that you are reminding me that, I noticed that the problem is gone. I went to the setting of the mobile and clear the cache and data, it might be the problem. So, the problem is resolved thanks to Mohammad probably.
