Product element

Hi, just realized today that the element “product” is not perfectly working.
I added a sale to a product but it didn’t appear in the product section. I tried to delete the element but it’s the same.
I join pics just in case I did something wrong.

What do you mean “product but it didn’t appear in the product section”? – no products show or the sale badge does not display?

I also noticed that I have products which I discounted but doesn’t show the “sale” red tag on the right of the image …

It’s showing fine to me.
It’s probably cache, clear the cache and try again.

Yes, there is the problem, just 2 items while I put 4 into it.

My category name is “Sale”, I set the same in the “product” element.

Asset type : Sale Products
Product category : Sale
Column count : 5
Number of items : 10

Into this product category (Sale), there are 4 items but only 2 is showed.

But are they in sale with a discounted price?
They need to be since you choose Sale Products

The configuration of the products seems fine, can you just make a quick test by activating Twenty 16 and check the product below to see if it appears the Twenty 16 sale badge.

then activate again the Atelier child theme

Let me know the result so we can determine if it’s something wrong in the product settings or in the theme.

I tried to installed “twenty 16” theme and clicked on the link provided.
The page is the same as the one with Atelier theme.

Was it the result expected?

There are 4 products showing from the sale category. The sale category is just another product category so sale items don’t really need to be added to it as they are already grouped by WooCommerce once you add the sale discount.

The last product does not have a discount added yet.
