that’s a real shame and undermines the functionality of the tabbed pages. Now I see that a tabbed section has an address in the format Publications/#tab-latter-day-memories so couldn’t you make it possible to refer to bookmarks within that tabbed section, as Publications/#tab-latter-day-memories/#below_stairs?
This would then match the sub-page format of Publications/latter-day-memories/#below_stairs.
regards, RogerEven if I de-activate the Toc+ plugin there is still a problem with the tabbed pages in creating contents lists by hand.
For instance, on the sub page, where I have a version of Latter-day memories, I have inserted a Contents with a first link 1. Below the stairs at the Row 1935–1939 and a bookmark <h3 id=”below_stairs”>1. Below the stairs at the Row 1935–1939</h3>, which works OK.
I have put the identical arrangement on the tabbed page for Latter-day memories, <h3>Contents</h3>
1. Below the stairs at the Row 1935–1939 with the bookmark <h3 id=”below_stairs”>1. Below the stairs at the Row 1935–1939</h3> but this doesn’t work. Why? RogerThanks, Mohammad, the page which shows the problem is:
http://www.longmanlives.co.uk/publications/
the first two tabbed pages have short works which don’t need contents, the third tabbed page has a longer work which does need a contents (see Snap … 02.png)
However, when I put [toc] at an appropriate place on that tabbed page it produces a Contents list for all 3 tabbed pages but clicking on the the list items doesn’t take you to the bookmark.I have also tried creating part of a manual contents list just below, where again clicking the list item doesn’t take you to the bookmark. (see Snap … 03.png)
If I put the Latterday memories text on a sub page the Contents works fine. (see snap … 05)
What can be done? I much prefer the tabbed layout but I need a contents for the longer texts (there will be at least three more)

You must be logged in to view attached files.apologies, I have found the problem – I didn’t have the slider ID set correctly in General settings…
Roger
thanks, Rui, that’s fixed the tag line just right.
With RevSlider, no nothing appears when I try Preview, just a blank page…
Roger
OK thanks, Rui, I have changed the header.php file to your revised one and I’m delighted to see the tag line now, but can I edit it? I would like it to make just one line under the site name.
Another problem: I have started to experiment with the Revolution Slider and have added one called Home Page – I can see the short code when I edit page but nothing happens when I view the page. Is there some setting I have missed?
Roger
No, the text was already there in the Navigation bar.
Roger
At present, it’s coming at the top of the Navigation bar but I would prefer it to be in the header bar just underneath the Site name and a bit bigger type: is that possible? Alternatively I could adapt the Welcome text but I would then need to reduce the type size…
regards, Roger
Thanks, Kyle, that has added the site name but not the tag line: how would I do that?
Roger
I have removed our logo but it still does not show our site name and tagline: it is now showing the Pinpoint logo and tag line. why?
Roger
The database error has now been fixed and the site is working OK, but I still can’t get it to display the site name or tag line, both of which are clearly there if you go to Settings, General. Please can you fix this or explain how I can do it?
Rogerdone – now can I have some support please – I am finding your system very frustrating… Roger
I have it set there but it does not come up on the home page. In fact, the home page is constantly over written with your pages, listing stuff like Portfolio – Four column bordered Gallery style, which I can’t get rid of even thos I have consigned them all to the bin: most frustrating! Roger
