1. Kyle will be respond you asap when he is online, but for me the revolution slider works on mobile devices too while testing by changing the width of the browsers.
2. So it is not working only inside the content, can you try another test page with content inside and also this parallax.
3. Sure we will take a look after the first issue you stated fixed, or can you create a test page without slider with that shortcode inside a text box?

Go to that plugin page and choose the language file in our themes, then find the text there and translate it and create the .mo file by saving it. If you are struggling go through the docs for that plugin, or simply follow this instruction. If you didn’t find the exact text in the .po listed there, just rescan for any texts.
