Hi,
after upgrade to 2.0.2, some elements doesn’t translate.
The modal links :
* Email Customer Care
* Shipping Information
* Returns & Exchange
* FAQsI’m using Poedit and have tried to update the translation file (mo/po).
The other translations are working.
Thanks.

Were those translations working before?
Can’t see anything in the update that can cause a that situation.-Rui

Check whether the file includes/swift-framework/sf-woocommerce.php and in line #326 it is like this?
<li><a href="#email-form" class="inline" data-toggle="modal"><?php _e("Email Customer Care", "swiftframework"); ?></a></li>
If that is correctly displayed, ask WPML support too.. I too check the language files and it is translated correctly.
Let us know,
Thanks,
laranz.December 10, 2014 at 4:45 pm #134893Hi,

But are you translating it to Danish?
Would you mind sharing the files?December 16, 2014 at 9:50 am #135921Hello, I’m having the same problem and have contacted wpml. Their answer is that Neighborhood is not compatible with wpml!!!! This was a surprise to me as when I purchased the theme, I read this (taken from themeforest.net): “WPML Translation Ready. Neighborhood comes with .po/.mo files as standard, and is ready to be translated into any language – or multiple languages, with 100% WPML support.”
WPML’s answer: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/modal-links-email-customer-care-shipping-info-etc-are-not-translated/
Please advise!
December 16, 2014 at 7:05 pm #136053So, any news on this compatibility issue?
December 16, 2014 at 9:12 pm #136072Hi @snarfe,
Neighborhood supports WPML, it is just that, the theme is not listing on the compatible listing page of WPML. I ask our developer to look over the issue about this glitch.
Let us know,
Thanks,
laranz.December 17, 2014 at 9:01 am #136203Thanks Laranz,
you must understand though it’s frustrating for the end user when Swift say it’s a wpml issue and wpml say it’s a swift issue…I do hope this is resolved very soon as it’s very annoying to have paid for a theme and wpml and not be able to translate certain elements! Is there not a workaround for now?
December 17, 2014 at 9:09 am #136205Hi @snarfe
I understand. Unfortunately WPML never seem to reply to our emails in an attempt to achieve this.
I’ll double check this issue and get back to you.
