I managed to fix the issue by adding IE-specific stylesheet. It was because of the widths that are inside media query that IE8 does not support. I guess you could fix it with javascript also like Respond.
Not sure what icon you are referring to. I used the only method I see and that is the cross (X) on top right corner of the mobile menu.
On our site the menu works on the first time but if you close the mobile menu and try to open it again it does not work anymore.
On your dante.swiftideas.net site I can’t get menu to work at all. It works on your device?
I do not think it is related to video embeds, because we have no video embeds on site. Also the 2.15 did not solve the issue. Tried it in a test enviroment. The same issue is also on your Dante test site. I attached a screen shot from an emulator that shows the menu exactly like I see it with my own samsung galaxy s. It shows the main menu as a black block.
I managed to set the max-height, set the width to auto and align horizontally to the center with margin-left: auto and margin-right: auto.
But how could I align the images vertically?
Also I only tested these with Chrome + osx.
I would gladly use them if our customer would have the ability to edit all the images to be the same size so it would look nice when they add more images 🙂
I tried your recommendation earlier and could not get the images to align vertically and result was not so pretty as the image heights would vary from image to image. The table version aligns them nicely.
Well then what is the workaround for this problem of ours? We can’t use the portfolio of the theme because it does not work with WPML and on a single portfolio item’s page there is a link to main portfolio page with a wrong language. I guess it’s same with testimonials and jobs.
The previously mentioned solution works on desktop IE, but in Windows mobile the problem still exists. The images do not scale correctly and only the first column of images are shown while the rest are left outside the screen.
Updated to 2.12 and still no change. Any advice on this?
And I found a solution. Add the following style to the table:
table-layout: fixed;

This problem has been solved. It was caused by our child theme modification in the header to correct the previous version’s mobile menu problem.
