Hi
Yes, but the things that need to be fixed is part of your theme. My point is: shouldn’t a blank theme be able to achieve a score of 100? Or close to it? The things Google ask me to fix are an integrate part of your theme, and will require extensive rewriting. Probably to the point where you might as well start from scratch when developing a website.
Hi David
Yes, Pingdom tools are good.
But Google Pagespeed is crucial, as the speed will influence the ranking of the webpage to some extend.
I’ve attached the results below. On mobile it’s down to 61/100.
Any suggestions as to how to fix things Google list?

Thank you for your answer. I am really trying to get to the bottom of this, so please bear with me.
1) MaxCDN is now called StackPath. It is now enabled for the website.
2) AutoOptimize gives me a HTTPS failure. See attached. Also it brought the PageSpeed ranking down to 30.
3) Gzip is enabled for my NGINX server and for the StackPath CDN.
4) I have installed WP super cache and configured it according to this article: https://support.stackpath.com/hc/en-us/articles/222872207-WordPress-with-WP-Super-Cache-StackPath-CDN-Setup-Guide
I am still getting very poor results with Google PageSpeed. Can you provide me with more guidance? This site in question is blank. Here isn’t any custom code beside two font face fonts added. The page should get in the 90’s range, if not 100%. Why is the score so low right now?

Thank you. It’s working now.
Will you include the fix in an upcoming update of the theme?
HI
The CSS seems to generate some problems. See attached. Also it still does not work on mobile.

Thanks.
But the content (text) is still not centred vertically. There is way more space below the text than above. Can you look at it again?
Thx.
Hi Rui
Any idea of the time frame? Kinda urgent 😉
Hi
Thank you for your answer.
Just seems odd you can click the picture on a WC simple product, but not a variant.

I’ve checked on two iPads on Safari, and it does indeed look like the Simulator does. I didn’t have the chance to grab screenshots, as I just borrowed the iPads for a short while. But I can confirm there is something wrong.
Could you have a look? 😉
Hi David
It’s “Simulator”. An iOS simulator included with Xcode. When testing with BrowserStack Simulator is also used.
https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/IDEs/Conceptual/iOS_Simulator_Guide/Introduction/Introduction.htmlIt should be accurate. But let me check the page on a real iPad and get back to you.
Thank you.
