Hi,
We currently have the latest theme, but this issue is still occurring. See attached screen shot. We have come up with a work around for now to hide the header and just have the “Search Results:” text be alone at the top so it’s not on top of things, but ideally the “Search Results:” text should be below the logo/header. Any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks

I added that code too. I tested on an actual tablet and the problem is solved. However, when I simply shrink my screen on my laptop or desktop, the problem persists and the categories show up. INterestingly, they go away when I continue to shrink the screen to phone size. Not an urgent problem, just odd. Maybe it’s just in Chrome.
Hi @Kyle, I had the same inquiry and added your custom css which worked for regular desktop and laptop display, but when I shrink the screen to tablet or phone size, the categories show up again. Any ideas on how to hide the categories under the products in smaller screen view? Thanks for the help!

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi, I have the same issue, and was just able to update the slider revolution plugin, but that doesn’t fix the issue. I still can’t import any slider templates because it still wants me to register the plugin. See screenshots.

Hi Rui,
I’ve worked it out with Shipping Easy, thanks for your help.
Hi Rui,
Yes, I see you have deactivated ShippingEasy and the page builder elements can now be edited. I believe we have the latest version of the ShippingEasy plugin. Unfortunately, there is no alternative to that. It was made directly by ShippingEasy, which is the platform we use to ship our online orders. Their plugin communicates with woocommerce and vice versa. Do you think we will need to try contacting their support and tell them about the issue if you think it’s something on their end? What should I tell them the issue is?
Thanks.
JulianJust opened a ticket, thanks @Rui.

That pic was from this page: http://fairtradewinds.staging.wpengine.com/stationery-journals/
The issue is on every category page.
Thanks for your help.
April 17, 2016 at 12:31 am in reply to: preview slider with square images and modifying background color #261966Hi,
I too am having trouble removing the grey background color behind products (see screenshot). I am using the preview slider settings as some products have color variations. I tried changing the “bold recent post background color” to white as Kyle suggested above, but this did not work. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

You must be logged in to view attached files.I am in the process of switching from Neighborhood to Atelier. My site is in staging mode and the new page builder elements are hidden. They don’ show up when I hover over an element so I can’t edit any. I have version 2.1.7 of Swift Framework and have tried safari and chrome. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks for a great theme! Excited to get it up and running!

June 3, 2014 at 12:22 am in reply to: Which Page Should I Use for Google Analytics "Place Order" Goal? #79680Hi, I am having trouble finding the “add eCommerce tracking code to the thank you page” in our woocommerce setting that Mike mentioned. Where is this located?
Thanks Mohammad and Kyle, for your quick responses. I’m not sure which Mailchimp plugin it is. There are many when I search and none specifically called newsletter. I am looking for something that when someone enters their email address, they will then automatically be sent our new blog posts via email. In the “Users” section I can add new users as subscribers, but this requires that someone enter a username and password, which is not as easy as just filling in their email. Is there a way to become a subscriber without creating a username and password?
We do use mailchimp for our newsletters, but that is separate from our blog so I’m not sure how that would work, except to add a checkbox for blog subscription and then manually enter them as users (subscribers) on our site.
Hope this makes sense.
