Yes, I’ve been using the page builder a lot… I have worked around many issues on my own in the past. This is a new one… I’ve tried disabling all plugins as well. Updated everything. Increased memory limits. Cleared cache… tried to add a brand new product…

Update: I’ve tried to change this in Firefox (developer tool) and it seems to work. I’m not sure if it will create some issues elsewhere… is there a better way to do this… maybe a fix for upcoming theme update…?

Yes I have the same issue with the demo site. http://cardinal.swiftideas.com/shop-demo/products/1960s-t-shirt-pink/

So I tested on another device as well. Windows 8.1 and latest IE. Nothing crazy on it either just a basic Virus protection no pop up blocker, no modifications…. I have also tried to reset all the setting of IE back to defaults… no change.

Okay tested again and again… now it is not working on all computer I’ve tested on… 4 computers total… Different locations… So different ISP…

any ideas?

I’ve tried doing that already. I deleted the cache. I just tested it on a different computer and it works okay, but I’m afraid if I’m having this issue… someone else might have it as well… any ideas…

I don’t think I can because the site is live. But you have the same issue in your demo site. If the file size is over 100kb everything is fine, but if it drops below it we get that weird shapes/shades showing up in the photos.

Seems to be a bug. I haven’t made any modifications which would do this..That said, I also have your other theme Dante installed on this website elitahair.com and the photos don’t do that… they are below 100kb…
