First you need to delete the current one, don’t worry you won’t lose any data since the options are stored in the database.
To delete go to Apperance-> Themes and you need to activate a different theme. Then click on Atelier details and there is a delete button on the bottom of the modal window.

You need to ask you host to increase the max upload file size at least to 10mb.
Your current settings are very low.-Rui
Hi,
I translated the message and it says that the product was added to the cart. So I’m not seeing anything wrong and the product was correctly added to the cart.
And also the woocommerce error messages have different colors.
Can you check again?

Hi,
The reason for that is that in the last 2 weeks there were 2 new Woocommerce updates, so there are new outdated files.
We are working again in a compatibility update.-Rui
The problem is that the asset is the same in the 2 situations so there is no way to differentiate it from the other without customising the code.
I’m not seeing another alternative. Let me forward to our head developer to see if there is any alternative.

Nice. Glad we could help.

Hi,
Regarding your questions.
1) You can set the category hero image.
2) That’s not possible, only possible to choose the hero image.
3) That’s also not possible for the same reason above, there is no option to insert that content.
4) can you provide an example?

Hi,
Apologize for the delay.
Try this custom css instead.
nav > .mega-menu-wrap ul.mega-menu > li.mega-menu-item.mega-toggle-on > a, nav > .mega-menu-wrap ul.mega-menu > li:hover > a:not(.sf-button), nav > .mega-menu-wrap ul.mega-menu > li.mega-menu-item > a.mega-menu-link:focus { color: #2f3739!important; }
Will sent it to the development team to see if it’s possible to include those icons.

June 30, 2017 at 3:41 pm in reply to: No Proceed to Checkout button on Cart page & (Mobile) Layout issues #330684Hi,
We need that the user has admin profile. You shouldn’t any content to the checkout page since it should be empty.
Thanks-Rui
June 30, 2017 at 3:13 pm in reply to: Line between the Description name and the Description on the Product Page #330681Hi,
Add the code below to the custom css option.
.woocommerce div.product .woocommerce-tabs .panel { min-height: 200px!important; }
For future reference, this kind of questions about 3rd party plugins are outside our support scope and you should contact the plugin author.
Thanks

This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
There isn’t any specific option for that at the moment, guess something we can include in a future update.
You can add a specific category in the variable products and select that category in the page builder assets.-Rui
Can you comment the line of the code
e.preventDefault();
Just like this
// e.preventDefault();

Hi,
Can you deactivate all plugins except SwiftFramework and test again?
I’m seeing some 404 errors when editing a page.-Rui
I see what you mean.
Can you go to line 3044 of functions.js and replace this code
setTimeout(function() {
by this one
setTimeout(function(e) {
Let us know if it works, so we can include it in the next update.
