Hi Rui,
Thanks. I disabled a number of plugins, but it didn’t help, so I just removed the portfolio carousels from the pages that were affected. Of course, I left one for testing purposes. After I’d taken most of them down, they started working again. I’m at a loss as to what the problem really was.
Thanks for the attention, but I suppose it’s a false alarm.

September 23, 2015 at 11:07 pm in reply to: Swift Page Builder Stopped Working After Upgrading to WP 4.3 & Pinpoint 1.66 #215930Hello,
I’m having the same problem with Pinpoint. Can you tell me where to find page-builder.js to modify?
Thanks,
MaggieThis reply has been marked as private. And now there’s a weird margin to the right of the page title as well as the footer and other elements styled to be full width…
Hi Rui,
The margins in red around the video are fine… what we’re all seeing that is problematic is that the full width images are actually going over the right edge a bit. Interestingly, they used to be truly full width, now they have a margin. When the browser window is reduced in size, the images don’t size down – they extend beyond the right edge of the boxed content.
See the screenshots.
The other problem is that there is no menu on the mobile version of our website.
Thank you very much for your assistance!

You must be logged in to view attached files.Thanks. We’re going on 9 days of whatever change you made having a substantial negative impact on our site… I’ve looked on my computer at home as well as the other computers in the office and the problem shows up on all of them.
Is there any way to deal with this today? I’m not sure what change was made, but it seems like margin was added to the left side of the site and now all of the sliders and full width images extend beyond the right edge of the boxed width section. I hate to sound like a broken record, but it’s making our site look kind of ridiculous. Any suggestions you might have to address this are much appreciated.
Thank you,
MaggieHi Mohammad,
Yes, I cleared the cache and it’s still a problem. I also looked on the other computers here and see the same problem. Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing as perfect? Also, not sure why this keeps getting skipped, but do you have any idea how to get our menu back on our mobile site? Not having that functionality is a pretty serious problem.
Thank you,
MaggieActually, it’s now fine in Chrome but over again in Firefox.
It looks like there’s a margin or padding being added on the left side. Your assistance is much appreciated!
Warmly,
MaggieHi Mohammad,
Did you check it in both browsers? Now it’s messed up in Chrome, but fine in Firefox. See attached. Also, the menu is gone on our mobile site.
Thanks,

You must be logged in to view attached files.Oh man, this is going to make you crazy, but now, in Firefox, when I resize the browser, the images extend over… see screenshot. In Chrome, they resize as they should, and they appear to be fine on our mobile site. Any ideas?

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi Mohammad – thanks, the image issue is fixed. Any thoughts on the disappearing menu on our mobile site?
Thanks again for all of your help on this!
Hi Mohammad,
Thanks for this, though it didn’t seem to do the trick. It seems to help with Firefox, but not with Chrome. Any other thoughts?
Also, it seems our menu has vanished from the mobile version of the site. Sigh.
Thanks again,
MaggieInteresting… so things seem about 90% better (thanks!!!). The weird thing now is that the full width images are no longer full width (example is the “Start Getting Bigger…” image in the screenshot.
Thoughts?

Given the response time, I really wish you’d read the thread. Yes, we have Auto Responsive checked as the Slider Layout. I indicated that in the first message to you. Hence my confusion as to why it isn’t behaving responsively. Any other ideas?
Thank you,
MaggieOops, heh… we figured out that our cloud asset hosting needed to catch up, so I disabled it for now. But the slider is still not responsive in size, so help with that would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
