September 4, 2014 at 9:03 am in reply to: How to modify 'Install Required Plugins' functionality? #106985
Hi laranz,
Thank you for the feedback.
#1. Worked nicely.
#2. This doesn’t work: Following your directions, I put the following into functions.php file:
/* include_once(SF_INCLUDES_PATH . '/plugin-includes.php'); */ include_once(STYLESHEETPATH . '/includes/plugin-includes.php');
That breaks the website…
Also, that wouldn’t really be an ideal solution as every time I upgrade the theme, those changes would be overwritten?
For what its worth, the path to the plugin includes file within my child theme would be:
wp-content/themes/cardinal-child/includes/plugin-includes.php#3. Found the text within that file, thanks.

Hopefully that resolves the security issues I was having with that site.
Sigh. This explains a lot.
Bought a theme from themeforest over a year ago (not a Swift Ideas one obviously) that had Revolution Slider bundled in. Just checked and it has never been updated in theme upgrades – Version 4.02 is installed.
For the past few months I have been getting all kinds of intrusion attempts, failed logins etc on the site and I could never figure out why. This would explain it.

Sorted now.
All fixed 🙂
Thanks.
Almost there 🙂
Firstly, need to add this to your code to get it to look right:
.product-type-booking.product .cart-overlay .shop-actions > a > span { display: inline-block; padding-left: 10px; }
Secondly, by introducing the 132px code above to resolve the issues with the bookings and gravity forms products, it messes up the hover effect on standard WooCommerce products. See the screenshot.
How to solve that?

Anyway, I added that code back in and it solves the gravity forms hover issue; not the bookings one though.
See screenshots for how they look now…

That code is a start. But not there yet.
In fact, I have noticed a bigger problem. Earlier in this thread, Ed recommended I remove this custom css I implemented:
/* .product-type-standard .product .cart-overlay .shop-actions > a { width: 132px; } */
After adding your code and removing my custom code from above, see the attached screenshots:
#1. The hover button on Bookings products
#2. The hover button on Gravity form products..Both are messed up…

See the screen-shot: When you hover over a bookings product, the button contains no text. Would it be possible to add the ‘Read More’ text to that hover button?
Thanks.
