Hey,
I have found another small bug with the mobile menu implementation. This happens when:
#1. You have the admin toolbar on the front end turned on
#2. You have sticky mobile menu enabledCheck my screenshot. On the left hand side you can see a screenshot of the mobile menu when you enable it at the top of the page – i.e. Sticky header is not active.
On the right hand side, you can see a screenshot of the mobile menu when the mobile sticky header is active and you click the menu icon… So as you can see, there is some unnecessary padding above the search box.
I did some testing and turned off the admin toolbar on the front end – the bug is not there in that scenario. So what I think it happening is that the mobile menu adds padding above it to compensate for the admin toolbar. That works fine when the sticky mobile menu is not active. But when the mobile sticky menu is active, the padding remains unnecessarily…
This happens on both desktop and also on mobile browsers.
Hope I explained that ok.
Thanks.

You must be logged in to view attached files.No problem. Thanks for the css.
Ok thanks anyway.
I understand.
Also effects other things apart from font sizes and colors.
In my screen-shots example, the following rule gets overwritten in the child theme css unless the !important declaration is added.
.product-type-booking.product .cart-overlay .shop-actions > a, .virtual.product .cart-overlay .shop-actions > a { width: 132px; }
I assume there is no way on hiding the custom admin css rules in the view source of a page?
Hmm, is that the optimal implementation?
I was always under the impression that the child theme CSS file should be the optimal way to style your website – having to put !important after each rule to make sure it works does not seem to align with that theory?.

Evident on both sgs3 and sgs4.
September 11, 2014 at 10:00 pm in reply to: Cardinal v1.7 – Mobile menu sub-menu functionality bugs #109837Just tested it again.
When I place my finger on the button, either the menu or cart one, and then swipe downwards the functionality is good.
The issue as in my video, arises when you just press the button/s…

@Kyle – SUPPORT
Is that effect only achievable in Flexform or can it be done in Cardinal as well?
Thanks.
September 11, 2014 at 6:54 am in reply to: Cardinal v1.7 – Mobile menu sub-menu functionality bugs #1094184.4.2 is the latest version I am running on the samsung galaxy s4. Did some further testing on it and can replicate the issues of the chrome, boat and dolphin browsers.
I also picked up a Samsung Galaxy s3 running Android 4.1.2 and could replicate eveything.
I assume you do see the first bug from the video? I.e text logo and tagline enabled. The tag line is pushed below the actual mobile header and does not remain just below the main text header as it does in desktop browser…
+1. Would love to see this as an option as well, but understand if its not possible.
Thanks.
