This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.Yeah, the client had to roll the site back two months and so we lost all of our recent updates, apparently the server is self-hosted and the client didn’t have a disaster recovery option. I am still trying to fix the current site. Any ideas on how to fix that white screen of death I got after I updated the theme? If not, can you tell me why this same issue is happing on my other site DentonSwag.com?

Yes, mine is messed up too. I even rolled back to an old version of the Swift Framework and it is still having problems. I have attached a screenshot and the website is http://www.rhinofleettracking.com thanks!

Hi David, this issue has been fixed manually, but we had hoped that it was going to be added to the latest update of the theme. We just updated to the latest framework and theme and we have to re-upload helpers.php each time. It’s not a huge deal, but it would be super cool if there was a toggle to make this happen on the videos for vimeo. Thanks for the great support!
November 3, 2016 at 7:15 pm in reply to: HTML Not Recognized in Custom Excerpts After Theme Update #300391Yep. Same issue. Would love to be able to bold items in custom excerpts and add breaks where I want them. This worked before the recent theme update.
Thanks for the help!
Awesome. Thank You. The client has been adding some scripts for chat and I think they added it to the wrong place. Thanks for helping me figure it out and for creating that backup test page. Love your themes!
Hello Ed, thanks for your help. That resolution didn’t work. I even went into firebug and set all the CSS associated with this row to “visible !important” and it didn’t change the visibility of this – which it was working great before the most recent update.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the weird backend issues as well. Thanks again for the help!

I had to log in to liquid web support to figure this out.
host.leonardslatkin.com/ – if you add the / to it or if you can see a / then click on that, then the path is home/leonard/public_html
I use Fetch for FTP so I didn’t see the / option under “path” on the toolbar until I added it to the login.
Thanks for your help. Sorry for the confusion and delay. Liquid Web is great hosting, but complicated.
