hi well, I did that and all of the shop (catalog) images became small, with the plugin I cannot set the long elegant catalog images but can only have square and I don’t want that.

    Hello,
what do you mean too small? How big are they supposed to be? Please see attachment (1st one is the blurry image in shop, 2nd one of the product page and 3rd the actual size of the photo).

I have disabled all plugins, one by one, and was forced to downgrade woo-commerce in order to have a working shop. I literary had new woo-commerce with newest atelier and no other plugin enabled to make sure nothing else conflicts. But in all truth I don’t care much for new woocommerce, I’m all right with having the older version. And I now have to think twice before I update anything as I don’t want to waste days and nights and have my shop disabled.

I, in fact tried different setting for the shop, the gutters won’t show at all even though enabled in settings, so I just switched to standard, which is fine, but if I could just remove the blurriness I’d be happy.

    Thank you.

    hi
    the site is http://www.rannka.com
and the blurry images are on http://www.rannka.com/shop/ if you click on the product you will see that the images there are much more clear.
    thank you!

p.s. i changed credentials, i didn’t think you would still need them since the major error was fixed by downgrading woocommerce.

Sorry about my harsh message, I was under a lot of stress as I spent the entire day and night fixing the site.
That is why I’m always afraid to do the updates. I updated the theme and new version of woo-commerce, which together caused many problems. I fixed the theme glitches but had to downgrade the woocommeerce plugin in order everything to work.
I am now only left with blurry thumbnails in shop catalog. I regenerated them, but nothing changed. Perhaps you could help me with that.

Apologies once again. I changed the credentials as I gave them to many places last night (my hosting support as well).
And thank you for getting back to me that fast. really appreciate it. I really need my shop to function all the time, as that is my main source o income.

    Thank you.

Hello David, thank you for your reply.
It must have been that, the cache, even that I cleared it, it seems to be a local problem. Thank you.

    Here is mine! 🙂
Still working the little details but all in all super happy with the theme. Although, I cannot seem to make it right in safari and explorer 9 and opera (the menu seems to be messed up on the top of the page)(attached)

and just to update you guys on the status.
First off, I cannot give away my credentials. I’ve done it last time and my site got hacked.
But, what happens is as soon as I updated the theme, my homepage switched to blog and I could not any longer have a static page as I wanted (www.rannka.com). Soon after, I discovered that when I disable woocomerce plugin my home page goes static. I tried installing all of the previous versions of woocomerce and each and every one made my homepage go to blog feed. So, I believe that a previous version of your theme would work well, as it did so many months before.
Please send me a link to a previous version or let me know what is it that I can do to fix the issue.
I have tried disabling all other plugins and no change whatsoever.

I wold really appreciate a prompt response if possible as I want to move my site asap, to another server.

    Thank you.

    Hello
I needed to change my logins as someone hacked into my website just after I gave them away. I will deal with the problem myself. Thank you.

a complete disaster! this happened before but I didn’t learn from my mistakes. I upgraded the theme and now I have my website down for 2 days in the peek selling season!
YOU CANNOT release version with the bugs!
I wish I can get the old version back??!?
