If anyone else is having the same issue as me hopefully this will help… Ok so I have heard back from woothemes support at there is the following fix for the issue Link: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/commit/44f4a3b9be000a4d84fc682e1a34505607c6a3b8?diff=split
This fixed the price range VAT issue. If you can wait they are releasing an update – but this will probably be next week some time.
This only leave the issue with tax shown on the Cart preview as shown in Example2jpg and Example2a.jpg in my above post.
I just got a message from Woocommerce explaining they will be rolling out an update over the next day or two.
