Hi,
I’m not sure if this a theme thing or a woo-commerce thing or a setting somewhere which has changed but all my price ranges on variable products appear to show ex-vat on the product pages.
The easiest way to explain this is through the attached images.
I have checked an older side pre the last woo-commerce and theme update and the prices all seem fine on there.
Also i have seen this sample on a Neighborhood theme site as well.Help!
If is not a theme problem and is down to woocommerce – an ideas on how to get them to sort it?
Look forward to hearing from you asap – this is definitely going to stop shop sales for sure.
Many thanks,

The best way to discover will be to turn on the Twenty 15 theme and compare the result so we can get in the correct direction.
Give it a try and let us know the results.

If that is happening in Twenty15 then it’s something inside the Woocommerce and they should provide some answers at least explain if they changed it or not in the last update.

September 29, 2015 at 10:32 am #217161I agree – can you guys tell if they have changed anything?
September 29, 2015 at 10:37 am #217164Not that I’m aware. I didn’t looked properly to your screenshots, will have to check in my development server those prices in the cart because that’s probably theme related.

September 30, 2015 at 11:59 am #217497I just got a message from Woocommerce explaining they will be rolling out an update over the next day or two.
Best,
September 30, 2015 at 12:03 pm #217499Ok. It that’s ok with you we can wait for that update and then after that we will see if it’s anything wrong that we need to fix.
Thanks
-RuiOctober 1, 2015 at 12:25 pm #217832Hi Guys,
If anyone else is having the same issue as me hopefully this will help…
Ok so I have heard back from woothemes support at there is the following fix for the issue
Link: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/commit/44f4a3b9be000a4d84fc682e1a34505607c6a3b8?diff=splitThis fixed the price range VAT issue.
If you can wait they are releasing an update – but this will probably be next week some time. This only leave the issue with tax shown on the Cart preview as shown in Example2jpg and Example2a.jpg in my above post.
October 1, 2015 at 1:44 pm #217845Ok great, thanks for sharing
