I tried to update from themeforest (Pinpoint) and it’s an older version up there-can you please offer a download for Pinpoint which includes the revisions for google maps?

I had some problems and ended up deleting the theme-went back to themeforest to re-load and it appears that the version there has not been updated to the latest version…can you refresh it please because I’m back in the ocean!

DaveSorry to hear you’re having problems, J, I just deactivated plugins, clicked update (took about 10 mins) then reactivated the plugins and it was all sweet-nice clean site BTW!

It would be really helpful to see how you fixed this issue as I want to achieve the same-i.e. the youtube video to play then just stop at the end with no other suggestions….

DaveHi Ed, my maps coming up without the map-looks like it’s the same issue outlined here-where do I find the functions.php and view it line by line?
Does line 566 need deleting and replacing with the code stated in this string?
Sorry if my request is a bit basic but I’m sure there’s many others who would appreciate a full step by step method of fixing this.
Your theme is great for non-coding, non-techies (like me!) but it gets a bit scary when I see a coding fix without the full explanation……

I think there must have been a problem with the category so I set up a new category and reassigned the posts to it and now they are working.
Do I need to be concerned about deleting the old category title?
Lastly-is there a trick to re-ordering these kind of items other than re-loading them in reverse sequence each time?

Hi Cosmin-thanks for your reply-that’s what I did and it was taking all categories ok but not working when selecting an individual category….nothing showed up at all
Tried clearing cache-same again-prompts for licence key put it in and nothing back to the same screen again and around you go again-biffed out of the support area…..this is infuriating-so much so I’m considering scrapping the theme and replacing it with others I work with-have to say I’ve never had any problems at all like this before which is a great shame and really disappointing. This has wasted an awful lot of my time…..
Can you answer the two q’s please….
One is it possible to have more than one protfolio set up?
Two, what size images should be uploaded to Showcase slider to keep them all in sync with each other-the black bar at bottom seems to change size when different sized images are added yet your xml sample content has differing sized images which baffles me….

DaveI think you’re jumping to the wrong conclusion here-I’m a fully paid up licence holder wondering why the knowledge base is theme-restricted and why a simple system isn’t working properly.
If they’re all from the same stable it stands to reason that many of the questions raised will have common solutions e.g. a portfolio in one theme may be on the same structure as a portfolio in another.
Never mind if I can’t find answer here I’ll go elsewhere and hopefully have a more positive response.
By the way-do you represent/speak on behalf of the theme or are you just another regular punter?
