I was chatting with my server company (media temple) and shared your screenshot.
This is what they sent me:

FileZilla is attempting to use TLS encryption with a regular FTP connection. This will not work and is an issue with the new version of FileZilla. To resolve the issue they will need to create a connection in File/Site Manager, and select plain FTP only as the encryption type.

I use cyberduck and I can connect to the FTP easily.

Let me know if that resolves the issue to connect to the FTP.

Also under plugins / Layerslide it needs to be updated but it says that I don’t have the license for this.
I believe this is one of the joyn plugins as well.

Also I don’t have a zip file, all I got was a screenshot from Dropbox.

I updated the plugin from WordPress directly. Can you please give me instructions as in where to exactly upload the new file? I never use the FTP

Just updated the framework, cleared my cache and nothing. It doesn’t load in safari nor chrome.
