Hi,
Indeed, looks like it’s not picking up some of the images.
Can you please privately reply with your WP admin login, for me to have a closer look at the setup? (there’s a checkbox above “post reply” and only the two of us will see your admin info)

Support AssistantThank you, glad to hear that 🙂
I’ll make a note to Ed, since I completely agree, this would be very beneficial. Also, if you like the product and support, please do rate the theme in your ThemeForest Download section, we would greatly appreciate it!

Support AssistantHey, glad to hear that 🙂
The problem with that Woothemes theme was that it was a ticketing system, meaning our customers couldn’t read/search other threads, which sometimes helps resolve an issue much faster. I’ve even had the pleasure of seeing people helping each other now with this forum, which is totally awesome! 🙂

Support AssistantHi Peter,
Unfortunately, theme support does not cover customizations. I suggest hiring a freelancer for this.

Support AssistantHi,
You’re using my suggestion from a previous thread.
Instead of using “view”, use “zoom” for the gallery items.

Support AssistantI don’t see any option in the carousel script for pausing on hover, so this means it’s not supported.

Support AssistantHi Adam,
You would need to specify that for mobile resolutions as well. Duplicate it, like this:
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .testimonials-slider .flex-direction-nav a { opacity: 1!important; filter: alpha(opacity=100)!important; } }

Support AssistantHi,
The width is controlled by these: http://cl.ly/image/411U111n2H0o
With those buttons on the top left of most sections, you can control the width of that element.

Support AssistantHey,
This might be WordPress affecting our shortcodes (since elements in the Page Builder are actually shortcodes).
For which element does this happen to you?

Support AssistantHi Tatjana,
I am support staff for 3 SwiftIdeas themes: Pinpoint, Supreme and Flexform.
My theme playground is a WP multisite that has all these three themes installed. So yep, it will work 🙂

Support AssistantHi,
1) In js/functions.js on line 607, adjust the duration
2) I’d need to see it in action, maybe there’s a workaround
3) In js/functions.js on line 777, after “theme: light_square”, hit Enter and add this:
allow_resize: true
This will prevent the lightbox from resizing photos to your browser window.

Support AssistantHi,
Looks like a JS error. Since you’re developing locally, please check with Firebug if there are any JS errors in the console. From that image, I think the slider script isn’t getting loaded or there’s something that conflicts with it

Support AssistantHi,
It is possible, but you would need to custom code this yourself.
In js/functions.js, find the CAROUSEL FUNCTIONS section, you will need to add auto: x to it, please see the documentation for the script, here: http://sorgalla.com/projects/jcarousel/

Support AssistantHi,
I think it should work, you would switch to classic editor and copy the testimonial shortcode from there. But note that the layout of the testimonials isn’t meant for this, so it might come up looking weird or broken. Let me know if that worked.
