As mentioned earlier Kyle, there are some issues with certain plugins that sort out shop and category pages, plugins that wouldn’t be needed if you can directly manipulate these variables through the theme interface.

We want as much control as possible as webmasters and entrepreneurs, mate. I know you may perceive this as a tiny detail but it makes a big deal for conversion rates.

To clear it up, instead of the current dropdown format, I was wondering if it would be possible to employ a tabbed format for these items.

I’m unsure how to manipulate it because instead of actually providing support, you’re too busy beating around the bush and acting all defensive. Please learn the theme that you’re supposedly a support staff member of instead of suggesting ‘Hire a developer’ at the first sign of seeing something that’s not by the book.

I don’t believe that a free plugin developer would look into my issue as I’ve not paid them a dime, whereas I’ve invested in this theme. I believe that a lot of people have resorted to using this plugin due to the response time and rate on this support forum and lack of instructions on the documentation.

I was under the impression that the ‘Best Sellers’ category could not be manipulated, as stated by you in a previous thread. If the theme had a custom way of sorting products or it was made clear in the documentation how to sort products out on the Shop page in the first place, problems like these would not arise.

Where is the ‘Best Sellers’ code and how can we manipulate it?

Right, so what do I put in the meta field to deem a product as Featured? I’m really not sure why these things aren’t included in the documentation.

Basically confused as how to set up what pops up on the “Featured Products” on the Products and Mini Products components of Page Builder. I know you’ve got the option of what to show but say for Featured Products, how do you turn a product into a featured product? Is it a tag, asset, etc?
