I was hoping I wouldn’t have to switch. I wanted the animations and control of the look that comes with the Essential Grid plugin.
Is it really this that is causing the problem?

Well I made the left and right parts invisible and 10% and made the middle part 80%.
It’s a shame that I had to do that though; consider allowing the logo to be bigger ?

Well, I changed the theme to Cardinal and it solved the problem.

But I have a new problem now 🙁
I don’t want to make a new post if that’s ok.

    1) I can’t see all the submenu items and it won’t let me scroll down to see more.

2.) When I get below 1030px width, I the hover over for submenu items doesn’t work.

Ah, ok. The space just seems a little gargantuan for the left and right of the logo that’s all so I assumed it must be a bug.
Ed, while I’ve got you any ideas (feel free to ignore this since it is probably their issue) why the essential grid isn’t showing when I put the second side bar in?

Yes, I said in my first post that I know this fixes it.
    But that’s not the point.

The logo should be able to be larger than that.
    It’s now tiny.
Can we not just work out what is causing this to be the case?

Are you really telling me I can’t have a logo that big?

    Hi Rui,
Yep, I tried that and I think it might help me.

However, unfortunately the header problem has returned.
Even after I cleared cache and tried on a different browser.

Also, and I don’t think this is connected, but when I give the page two side bars, instead of one, the Essential Grid I have there stops showing (this is why the page is blank).

The header is a bug I think because when I reduce the side of the logo in the inspector, it moves up to the top so I think it is just not fitting inside its div.

Ah, yes but I need to change things within the SPB section. If you see my sections; they make up emails so I’m not sure how I could do that; I need to change the date, day, etc on them. So, ideally, I’d have an SPB section that had parts inside of it that I could change but I don’t think that’s possible, is it?

Can you try reloading in chrome and/or safari a few times just to see whether you get the same issue; you probably won’t. But just to check.

Hmm. It happened in both my browsers. I expect clearing cache will fix but I’d love to get to the bottom of it since I think it’s because I have too many elements in the post (have about a hundred) and expect it will come back.

Weirdly, it’s just started playing nice. I’ll let you know if the problem returns.

In the meantime I’m now having another issue.

    Now, in my posts, the page just loads and loads and loads and I can’t get to the swift builder;

ps on the demo page the submenu begins below the content. This is a bug I think.
