Hi Mohammad,
Thank you for your reply.
I have tried already.
I downloaded Joyn theme once again on another computer, unzipped all files and tried to install it again.
The same message appeared.
Would you like me to send you my user name and password for wp?

Hi Kyle,

Unfortunately I have the same problem.
When I try to install joyn theme there is a message: please try again.
What should I do?
