I am having this same issue. There is inconsistency with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Please advise.

I’m running the latest version of Chrome on OSX. It must be a browser thing. Are there any work arounds for Chrome?

I found out the issue. It was a plugin I installed. I uninstalled it and it started working again.
