March 28, 2017 at 1:26 pm in reply to: Cannot use both 'Column Equal Heights' and 'Column Content Position' = 'Centre' #318809
It’s happening on 5+ sites, regardless of content type so I believe it’s a bug with the framework. Screenshots attached, one with content position set to top, one with centre. Both have columns set to equal heights.
Ah poop, never mind then 🙂

Thanks for the quick response
Hi Ed – I’m mainly using Atelier
I just remembered a really small feature that I mentioned in a ticket a few months back. it would be great to be able to select a custom Page to use as the 404 – is the same fashion we can select a custom Page for maintenance mode.
I’m not sure if this is really the right place for it, but I’d really appreciate more documentation. I’ve made about 8 websites from Atelier/Cardinal/Uplift so think I’ve found everything now, but some parts of the process have been really slow as I couldn’t find the correct settings.
It would be great to have separate documentation for every element in the page builder, showing how the back end related to the front end. Some of the text in the builder itself could be more clear too, a lot of the times the ‘i’ rollovers don’t help.
I’ve found a lot of solutions in the support forum, it would be great is once a problem/question had been asked, someone could check and make sure the same information was available in a sensible, permanent location – at the moment I keep re-searching the help forum and trying to remember the ticket names.
Thank you!

November 23, 2016 at 2:27 pm in reply to: Elements not lined up over 2 rows when using half/half split #303219Thanks Rui – worked a treat. I had the same issue using image banners but added this code (in case anyone else has the same issue)
.spb_image_banner { padding-left: 0px!important; padding-right: 0px!important; }

.spb_image_banner { padding-left: 0px!important; padding-right: 0px!important; }
This reply has been marked as private.I’ve recently finished a small number of sites using Atelier:
studiocotton.co.uk my own agency’s website
triathlove.com a website centred around women’s triathlon
thewishbonecollective.com illustrated gifts and more
bristolandwalescatrescue.com a local cat rehoming charityI used a pretty nifty combination of plugins and edits on the cat rescue website, I did a write up of the process here in case it’s helpful to anyone else!
Hi David,
I tried 4:3 but the way all the thumbnails have been cropped it looks quite untidy, I also have a couple of projects that specifically need to show at 1:1. The child theme is already installed and activated.
Developer at our end here:
I’ve taken a close look into this and there is definitely an issue here as no matter what image I use it is always using a 900×915 image that has been generated. There is no 900×915 option under Settings > Media so I have no idea why this file size is being generated in the first place.
There is also no 1040×1040 image generated in wp-content/uploads folder on the server, which I would expect if this is the size required by the theme. There are however 1024×1024 and 1000×1000 images generated, both of which would be better than the 900×915 image that is being used.
Can you take a closer look at this please as we’re using the right size image (and have tested numerous wrong sized ones) and every time the result is the same.
