I am also facing similar issue – “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template file”, further after theme, woocommerce and wordpress update my contact forms have also stopped working. I will pm you my staging server details

Have the same issue here with “neighborhood/woocommerce/checkout/form-shipping.php versionen 2.1.2 är utdaterad. Huvudversionen är 2.2.0”

Woocommerce launched on 16 of September the new 2.2.3 version.
We are working in assuring the compatibility with that new version.

Probably during the day will be released a new Neighborhood version.
