Please see attached screen shot
It says

Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details”

Can you help with this? Maybe an update needs to be run?

Best bet is to remove the /woocommerce folder from /neighborhood on your server, and then upload the folder in this zip: http://d.pr/f/vqQn/2j4QKhjH

That will remove the notices.
