Hi,

I didn’t saw this bug in my Chrome (I am on Windows 8), I forward this to another support staff who has Mac Chrome.

Anyway, did you try to access you website in some other system, and saw this problem?

I tried with other browsers on a mac and it was the same thing…
I didn’t have the occasion to try on windows (neither on Linux or other operating systems), but even though it is quite strange, even if it happens only on mac os.

Hi, yes it is normal to see black bars besides the video. The actual player will span across the whole width of the content area next to the sidebar, but the actual format of the video (eg. 16:9, 3:4) will sometimes not match, so the player will add black bars.
