December 27, 2016 at 12:50 pm #308091Hi,
Not sure, David is not around today because of the holiday season.
Will forward it to David so he can reply you tomorrow when he comes back.-Rui
December 30, 2016 at 2:43 pm #308453Hi,
Was this forwarded? It’s been 3 days and I realize there is no support over the weekends. I’d like this looked into by then.
Thanks.

January 1, 2017 at 6:48 am #308498Okay, thanks.
Just one more issue has popped up as well on this page: http://hiroi-sekai.com/discover/
All of the images are placed in the Page Builder exactly the same, but two of the images are showing up in a massive size and covering the others around them. Why is this happening? I can’t find anything external classes affecting them either.
January 3, 2017 at 8:50 am #308596Hi,
Please check those Image asset settings in the Page Builder. Do they have a Fullwidth Option enabled?
January 3, 2017 at 11:12 pm #308747Hello,
No, every single element on the page is exactly the same, just two random images happen to be enlarged. It also doesn’t happen on certain devices for me, and clearing all caches (WP Engine, Cloudflare, WordPress, browser), didn’t work.
Also, any updates on the music player visual issues? I know this is fixable because it used to work properly before one of the big Cardinal updates.
Thanks
January 4, 2017 at 7:41 pm #308873Hey,
Remove this on those two images:
January 4, 2017 at 9:38 pm #308883Oh great, that fixed it. Thanks! Don’t know why those were turned on for 3 images (turns out it was 3), I literally just duplicated prior elements to achieve the effect.
Regardless, thanks again! If I can just get that audio player CSS looked into, that’ll solve all of my remaining issues. Cheers.
January 5, 2017 at 1:06 pm #308955Please also add this CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .mejs-controls a.mejs-horizontal-volume-slider { display: none; } }
This will clear it up to look like this:
January 5, 2017 at 7:05 pm #309018Hi,
That code is not working, either with or without the code you gave earlier in the thread. And how about anything past mobile width? There are problems with every single size scale of the media player right now.
January 5, 2017 at 7:41 pm #309030Be sure to add the CSS to Theme Options => Custom CSS for now. I have added that and tweaked it. Please now test again.
And
January 5, 2017 at 9:29 pm #309036Perfect, that looks good, thanks David.
There’s just one type of page left with this lingering issue: http://hiroi-sekai.com/stargazing-chocolate-baby/
How can we make that look the same as the other pages? Both on all desktop and mobile sizes.
Thanks again.
January 6, 2017 at 12:34 pm #309100Hi,
I have just tweaked the % width.
Can you screenshot what you see?
