Hi there,
Firstly, it is almost impossible to reach here and ask for support!!
The way you guys have designed your support systems is very poor! Honest man!
I am unable to see the demo content after importing Atelier demos. Where can I find the demo content and stuff?
Urgent support needed.
Best,
Avik
New DelhiSeptember 10, 2015 at 2:34 pm #212034Hi,
What is the demo you are trying to import?
The user credentials you provided aren’t working. Why do you think it’s difficult to create a topic in support? We use BBpress the most used forum software in WordPress

September 11, 2015 at 6:41 am #212188Thanks Rui,
Well, I am trying to import the demos but they don’t show up anywhere after showing “successfully imported”
Even the documentation provided in the Knowledgebase is weak and not useful for someone who is trying to develop their e-commerce site.
Pls help.

September 11, 2015 at 10:14 am #212254Hi,
I can help you just need that you check again the admin credentials that aren’t working for me and also let me now only 1 demo that you like to install.
Can I reset your WordPress installation to the default state when it was installed to avoid any data issue? Or you already have some content there?

September 18, 2015 at 11:24 am #214458Hello RUI,
NO, do not set my wordpress to default state.
I would like to learn how to install and activate demos and pages that come with this theme. Pls share “how to” rather than installing one particular demo.

CSSeptember 18, 2015 at 11:31 am #214462Hi,
It’s only advised to install one demo in the site, if you install several demos it can cause issues because between demos some pages/products/etc could have the same names and will cause conflicts.
It’s not possible at the moment to install a specific page of a specific demo.
How can I help you further?

September 18, 2015 at 11:36 am #214466Hi Rui,
Yes, we will install 1 demo at a time. But I cannot see any option to manage the demos? After successful install, where can I see the demo? How do I delete a demo and then install another?
Pls try to elaborate.

September 18, 2015 at 11:49 am #214472There isn’t any option to delete a demo. When you import a demo it will install you several pages, products, menus, etc.
To clear everything use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/Besides this the only way is to bulk delete what you don’t want.
