Hey,
We have an update going out tonight to resolve that.
Thanks.
June 9, 2017 at 7:06 pm #327909Hi there, I am also experiencing the same problem of the Page Builder disappearing. Usually I have to return to list of pages and back for it to work again, but some pages have this issue persistently. Can you help?
June 12, 2017 at 10:23 am #328064Hi,
This was identified and a release prepared and sent out over Friday/Saturday. Please be sure you have updated to the latest Swift Framework plugin version from your dashboard.
As this change involved amending the plugin core JS files, you will need to refresh the browser cache to pull in the new files.
Thanks.
June 13, 2017 at 12:13 pm #328402Hi,
There were some additional issues that we fixed. We will release the update in a few hours to fix this.
If you want it sooner, delete the current Theme and install this one. Don’t worry all the theme options are stored in the database so you won’t lose it.

Don’t forget to clear the browser cache.
Thanks

When I open a page that was completed, the swift page builder load, but it get not content at all. Its like a brand new page that I just created without content.
When I turn off swift page builder all content dissapears. I cannot either reload an old version of the page.
RIght now I can’t work on the site at all, and I don’t see a way to open the page withou the swift page builder plugin to see if the content is still there to reload the content with the tool.
Thanks need help !
June 13, 2017 at 3:41 pm #328473Did you installed the version above? What is your current theme version.
Guess you updated WordPress to 4.8, this was caused by the editor changes in 4.8.Can you provide site url and admin credentials to have a look?
We will release the update very shortly.

June 13, 2017 at 4:35 pm #328486Hi Rui,
Its not that urgent,
I can work on something else in the meantime.
I’ll wait for the next theme update and followup with you if it is resolved…
Thanks
June 13, 2017 at 4:52 pm #328491Sure, we will release the update in a while.
It’s very important to clear the browser cache after updating.-Rui
June 14, 2017 at 1:57 pm #328715If I want to try the new version,
Do I deleate trough ftp and upload it again with filezilla?
And all custom css are stored in database?
June 14, 2017 at 2:09 pm #328726This is the latest version, we delayed the update because we found an additional that is now fixed.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7gf1xate96yqk9c/Dante_48_fix.zip?dl=0Every theme option is stored in the database including the custom css. But always better to backup if possible.
Depending on the skills, It could be easier to deleted it in the admin dashboard. To do that you need to activate other theme and them go the details of Dante and press the delete option at the bottom.-Rui
June 15, 2017 at 3:04 pm #328934Hi,
I just updated to the new version and the situation is still the same.
If I switch with a basic theme I see content and shortcodes. When I switch back to dante theme everything dissapears and swift page builder can’t fetch content and interpret it into editable content.
Maybe if I could load a page with swift page builder off I would see shortcodes and everything and I could work on it but the swift page builder seams to be on by default..
I resetted browser cache and w3 total cache is disabled
Edit : Some pages work normally, about 25% of them
June 16, 2017 at 3:34 pm #329026Hi Frankytank,
Are you able to provide a link/login details and steps to replicate on one of the pages where it’s not working as expected?
Thanks,
– Ed
