Hello,
In connection with this post:
I have a new problem with the new caption area.An example :
http://www.typographe.be/catalogue/mini-blocs/On this page created a few months ago, all the images had captions.
Today, I modified this page and after saving this project, all the captions disappear! It seems that the page builder doesn’t keep in “memory” the captions integrated with the old caption area.In this case, I must integrate again all the captions, when I want to modify a page. That’s a lot of work because we have many pages and two languages version.
Do you have an advice ?
Thanks a lot,Best Regards,
February 5, 2015 at 1:46 pm #147539Hi,
can you try to just add a new image caption asset just to be sure it’s working fine so we can figure out something.

MohammadFebruary 5, 2015 at 6:24 pm #147675Hello,
I’m sorry but it’s hard to explain with a screenshot.
For example this page: http://www.typographe.be/en/catalogue/mini-pads/
This page has been made before the last update of Neighborhood theme.
If tomorrow, I modify this page (add or delete any page builder’s element), all the captions will be erase.Creating new pages with images and captions is working very well.
The problem happens when I want to modify the old pages.I hope to make myself understood.
Thanks a lot!February 6, 2015 at 10:36 pm #147983Hi,
This situation is an error because we changed the structure of the shortcode.
We will try to fix this asap, but a faster solution for now is to revert to the previous version.
Let’s know if you need the link to that version.

Already applied our changes in your site.
I made a copy of this portfolio item
http://www.typographe.be/wp-admin/post.php?post=1008&action=edit&lang=frto this new portfolio item
http://www.typographe.be/wp-admin/post.php?post=4589&action=edit&lang=fr&message=10After this just switched to classic editor and back to Swift Page Builder and save the page. It converts the old format in the new format.
Give it a try in another Portfolio item/page.
Let us know the results.-Rui
February 12, 2015 at 8:58 am #149293Hi Rui,
The problem still persists. I’ve made a test and I’ve lost the captions.
After that, I’ve added a new image on your test page and all the captions disappears. I forgot to give you our Cloudflare account. Maybe you have seen the wrong page version. Sorry, it’s my fault! It begins to be messy between old and new pages.
Maybe, the solution is to reintegrate the captions?
In this case, can you delete the changes you’ve applied yesterday?Thank you very much

I’m not understanding the cloudflare issue? Should I login with those details?
I know it can get confuse, but it was import that we created a process that avoid the user to change anything because of this caption issue.
It seems something still wrong will check again in my development server so we can try it again.
Your site still in development or already live in production?

February 12, 2015 at 7:02 pm #149620Hi Rui,
Thank you for your patience.
Our site is online and active.I sent you our login on cloudflare.com, so you can turn our site to the “Development mode” if you need to test something. With this mode, the changes to cachable content (like images, CSS, or JavaScript) will be visible immediately. Sometimes, it could be helpful.
If you want to check again, I thank you.
For testing, you can make a copy of the portfolio’s page “Merci”.Thank you Rui!
