March 22, 2017 at 4:54 pm #318127I can not ask all my client to purge their cache to come to my site
March 22, 2017 at 4:59 pm #318129I’m seeing it fine.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/drofqp2bftcu10d/Screenshot%202017-03-22%2015.58.06.png?dl=0But if they visited previously your site and something has changed there is no way to update their version if they don’t clear their browser cache. This are some basic rules in web browsing, I’m not inventing anything.
Maybe somehow you should state that information somewhere in your website in terms and conditions.

March 22, 2017 at 5:06 pm #318130No I have not changed since the opening of the site a week ago. Do you think the bugs can come from the server’s low capacity?
How much ram would you advise to take?March 22, 2017 at 5:11 pm #318133If I’m seeing it fine and you are seeing it fine, it can only be a cache issue.
Also try to purge your cache plugin, to send the information to the browsers that they need to refresh the information that they have stored in the internal browser cache.

March 22, 2017 at 5:14 pm #318135I did it but the plugin tells me that the cache was empty.
There is not a way to force to purge the cache of the site?March 22, 2017 at 5:25 pm #318137If you purged then it’s done, you can also disable the plugin.
There is no way to force the customer browser to purge the cache, it has to be done manually.-Rui
March 22, 2017 at 5:32 pm #318138Hi,
Will help you out as priority.
Can I disable WP Super Cache?
March 22, 2017 at 5:33 pm #318139And it is on that the bug can not come from other things ?
March 22, 2017 at 6:50 pm #318151What plugin is causing this output:
Can you also disable it?
March 23, 2017 at 11:19 am #318201Another problem with the cart, if I put a lot of article in the button to access the cart is no longer visible, there is nothing to stretch and scroll the items.
How do you fix that?
March 23, 2017 at 11:33 am #318203This behaviour is beyond strange, something I cannot replicate locally on my dev.
1) Please disable the CSS I mentioned here: #318151.
2) Please add your FTP details.
3) Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst I investigate.
Thanks.
