    Oh guys, I have just received messages from customers who tell me that the buttons of the basket are not all the shots . Sometimes they are displayed And sometimes not .

    and the others can no longer access their account. An idea ?

    The problems are endless 😩

    I’m seeing it fine.

    But if they visited previously your site and something has changed there is no way to update their version if they don’t clear their browser cache. This are some basic rules in web browsing, I’m not inventing anything.

    Maybe somehow you should state that information somewhere in your website in terms and conditions.

    No I have not changed since the opening of the site a week ago. Do you think the bugs can come from the server’s low capacity?

    If I’m seeing it fine and you are seeing it fine, it can only be a cache issue.

    Also try to purge your cache plugin, to send the information to the browsers that they need to refresh the information that they have stored in the internal browser cache.

    I did it but the plugin tells me that the cache was empty.
    There is not a way to force to purge the cache of the site?

    If you purged then it’s done, you can also disable the plugin.
    There is no way to force the customer browser to purge the cache, it has to be done manually.

    Another problem with the cart, if I put a lot of article in the button to access the cart is no longer visible, there is nothing to stretch and scroll the items.

    How do you fix that?

    This behaviour is beyond strange, something I cannot replicate locally on my dev.

    1) Please disable the CSS I mentioned here: #318151.

    2) Please add your FTP details.

    3) Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst I investigate.
