    Hi @Frank

    I’m sorry to hear of the issues you are having, but this is a rare case – to say the theme is not ready for mobile ecommerce isn’t fair, given it works 100% on our demo.

    Unfortunately rare cases do pop up, often due to random factors. I’ll log in to your admin now and investigate further.

    Quick question – how have you updated to the latest theme versions? Manually or via auto-update?

    However you updated, the flexslider js file wasn’t updated. I’ve just replaced it for you, and it works.

    Please ensure whenever you update manually, that it is complete.
