Thanks – how strange the difference we see.
I’m using Chrome + Mac. What about you? If Windows, what version?
Thanks.
February 4, 2016 at 5:48 pm #246517I also use Chrome and Mac. Checked on safari, the problem is the same
February 5, 2016 at 9:59 am #246625I also use Mac + Chrome and I have the following experience:
website infushka posted: wrong way
demo shop: right way
monkshop: wrong way
development monkshop: right way (exact copy of the live site)Could it be a jQuery or javascript cache problem? Are you getting somewhere in your research?
February 5, 2016 at 12:23 pm #246702The problem is likely to jQuery (My version 1.11.3). Installing other versions sometimes breaks the site.
Have you ever going to do? Third day anything intelligible to you quietly.February 5, 2016 at 12:26 pm #246704This is not a particular problem, you have 3 treatment on this subject:

2. http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/gallery-doesnt-show/February 6, 2016 at 5:51 pm #246881Any ideas?
February 8, 2016 at 12:15 pm #247160Hi David,
Could you please update us about the status of the situation? Are you investigating? Did you find anything that could cause this problem? Are you planning a theme update that resolves the problem?
Status for us:
We have a live site in which the problem exists.
We have a copy of the live site for development purposes on the same server and the problem does not exist.
It’s not a browser problem.
It’s not a server problem.I think it has something to do with jQuery and caching.
I hope this helps and that you have a solution on a short notice.

February 9, 2016 at 11:26 am #247498@infushka – yes I am awaiting the lead developer to take a look. Your request is on the list be assured.
Thanks.
February 9, 2016 at 12:44 pm #247548@infushka this issue is now resolved for you. http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/after-the-upgrade-stopped-working-search/#post-247546
@dirkmol – Please use your FTP and upload this version, overwrite your custom theme files: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qebcg7u3x1bu2b9/AAC54YCl88QKTaQ2G_Ryzloca?dl=0.February 9, 2016 at 12:56 pm #247555Hi David,
Thanks! Before I download the files: What was the problem? Is it going to be in a future update? Can you explain a little bit more.
Overwrite custom theme files? Why? Please explain a little bit more. Our custom theme files are custom, because we wanted to customize. If we overwrite them, all our changes will be for nothing right?
February 9, 2016 at 12:59 pm #247558Sorry, custom should say Cardinal as in the core Cardinal Theme files, not the child theme.
There does not appear to be any changes other than perhaps the auto update did not run correctly. If you could test this and let me know that will be great.
Thanks.
