    Very curious to your results, having the same issue for a couple of weeks now. Looks like it’s not due to a plugin.

    I have this same issue as well. Unfortunately I was unsure how to provide FTP/Cpanel access to Rui, so hopefully you guys can find the answer through this user!

    Need those details in the other topic so I can have a proper look, it could be different things. Sometimes 1 installed plugin can make a difference.

    Not yet, we didn’t had the proper ftp access to check it.
    Can you provide us ftp to your site so we can debug it?

    Guess there is an misunderstood, I still need the FTP access but you don’t have to give me access to everything. The directory start can be in the theme directory(wp-content/themes).

    ok. I will give a try installing a plugin that will let me edit the files, but I’m afraid of getting a White screen and to solve that only with FTP.
