The previous fix for the Video element for the swift page builder worked, but it’s causing something screwy with the main page blog functions for the video thumbnails.

Support AssistantMay 31, 2013 at 6:29 pm #6746Hey Cosmin, Sorry about that! I unlocked it. I forgot to turn that off.
June 3, 2013 at 9:04 pm #6982I see… thing is that the masonry layout needs elements to not be fixed.
Try replacing my custom CSS in the general theme options, with this:
body:not(.home) .fluid-width-video-wrapper iframe, body:not(.home) .fluid-width-video-wrapper object, body:not(.home) .fluid-width-video-wrapper embed { height: auto !important; width: auto !important; }
Will not work in IE…

Support AssistantJune 3, 2013 at 9:14 pm #6989Thank you Cosmin, that seemed to have done the trick in the home portion.
One more problem, would the categories have the same effect? If so, the custom CSS works on the home page, but not the category page.
June 5, 2013 at 1:41 pm #7151The code I posted should work on any page except the home page – is that not the case for you?

Support AssistantJune 5, 2013 at 6:42 pm #7226That is correct Cosmin. If you go to the link above, then go to the blog section, and use the filter of the category, the category page (at least for me) is showing the red box still.
June 6, 2013 at 3:05 pm #7352Try with this instead:
.blog-items .fluid-width-video-wrapper iframe, .blog-items .fluid-width-video-wrapper object, .blog-items .fluid-width-video-wrapper embed { height: auto !important; width: auto !important; }

Support AssistantJune 6, 2013 at 8:42 pm #7407That did not work on the homepage, as well as the category pages. If anything, I will just tell people not to use the video option for now, it’s not that big of a deal 🙂
June 12, 2013 at 4:14 pm #7985Hmm, that’s weird.
If you want, I can log in myself and have another go at it. If you want me to do so, please provide admin login details in a private reply.

June 14, 2013 at 8:31 pm #8284Still the same. I have 600×365 as a test size.. The Video stays the same size and looks as if is taking up more space than it needs.
