    Thanks for the prompt response. Appreciate it. I’m not confident on moving things via FTP . If u think u will fix this in the new update ill wait for it.

    Hi Ad,

    That’s not a theme’s problem, it some problem or wrong setting in server that cause this. So try to update the theme via the FTP, it is easy and straight forward.

    Dear Laranz thanks u for the details i did as u said but its still not resolved.

    when u click on the vedio on safari, it opens at the bottom of the page and u need to scroll down under the footer widgets.

    when u try the same on firefox u get this.
    1. it opens in the lightbox
    2. if u click on the play button on the thumbnail nothing happens.(however this works fine on safari)

    Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

    Dear Laraz, sorry to inform you that im quite surprised that the update u gave me created a lot of problems. It not only paritally fixed the protfolio error i pointed out , but actually created an issue with the product pages, every time i wud add the product this is the problems i would get:
    1. the “text product added” never showed.
    2. the main bar navigation and the site logo wud just hover over the product page as the cart wud update the price and stay there for few mintues. once i wud franctically click every where on the page and scroll around this wud disaapear.

    Solution.
    i just re downloaded the neighborhood theme and just uploaded the neighborhood folder using ftp and said overwrite and the site came back to normal.

    althought its fixed im quite worried that this could have damaged my entire work which i did over th epast few months using ur lvoely theme. Hopefully If u can fix this issue it wud be great, if not u can tell me politely that this cannot be fixed so i wudnt have asked u for the portfolio filter help but just randomly giving me a file that cud paritally fix the issue and disrupt the fucntioning of the other theme functions is unfair.

    U can try uploading the same file on your demo and see the error it causes.

    Further i spoke to hostgator and they said server has nothing to do with how the theme functions. may be u can upload a post on your demo and i cud check to point it out to hostgator if they really are the people resposible for this theme not to funtion to the full extent.

    I must correct that also make it clear THAT i really Love this theme and respect the prompt support u always give, but today it wud have really created a mess, and thankfully i had a back up so it all worked.

    Its sorted laranz, i just reupdated the neighborhood file with the version aviable on evanto and its all working even the portfolio. Im not sure how this is all working as earlier even u guys saw it wasnt working, But defnitely the update i added caused problems. so im ok for now. I had found behaviorual problems i found on the theme, the theme works differntly when a user is logged in and differntly when the user is logged out. i have attached a screen shot in a new post as i guess this issue is resolved.

    Once again tahnk u for the excellent and prompt support. I have already recommened a lot of my firends about ur theme and i see many of them asking questions on the comments page- feels good that they took the right decision in buying ur theme!!
