I logged into the FTP server ftp.runbo.eu.com: You had not added define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); to wp-config.php.

1. Please update all plugins: http://pichondesigns.com/wp-admin/update-core.php .

2. Please update the theme: http://pichondesigns.com/wp-admin/update-core.php .

3. Please update the WP core version: http://pichondesigns.com/wp-admin/update-core.php .

4) Please now re-run the installer.

Thanks buddy.

Its not there anymore because we just set up everything from the beginning, because we’re tired of !two weeks! of waiting and double asked questions from different support people.

Swiftideas support is not recommendable at all and we gonna use companies who care about their customers.

We very much care for our customers.

As you had repeatedly thread bumped, you pushed your ticket repeatedly to the back of the queue. We do not work weekends for the most part, hence the reason you got a reply from me first thing Monday AM today.
