    Hi,

It seems that your server is running out of memory. You need to adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file

Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.

Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Let us know if it worked.

    Hello,

i do have a similar problem.
The uploade stucks at 96%. So i fixed the memory issue and expand it to the max of 256mb.
Still the problem appears and i do see only the backround of the startsite.

Is it possible to reset the WordPress installation using WordPress reset so I can try again the import process?

Can you also check in you server for the error logs file to see if we find any specific error inside.
    Thanks

    -Rui

    Thanks for your answer.

I have done it ” added: define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );” but its still the same problem existing.
