Wow that’s a good point (but if I haven’t seen maybe the documentation is not clear enough…)
Also is it possible to add like feature item and top seller for the shop ?
December 1, 2013 at 8:07 am #34626A Before/After-Slider would be another great item – like this one: http://zurb.com/playground/twentytwenty π
December 1, 2013 at 10:47 pm #34668I would love to see the blog Masonry layouts, Aux option (tags, sort by date, name, etc.), and Load More button (infinite scrolling) being incorporated for the Portfolio pages. This is one piece that is really missing for the Portfolio pages in this theme. For most of us, the Portfolio page is the most critical as it displays our work and case studies. It would be awesome to have the items above available for the Portfolio items. Thanks!
December 3, 2013 at 9:04 am #34966could there be different variations for the main menu design, such as different the ability to set an item as highlighted (useful for a login/signup button)
e.g. like on the design for the βtry itβ button on this site https://getbase.com/tour/
December 3, 2013 at 9:33 am #34971Actually yes, could have some improvment or at least more choices for the design like adding the possiblily to get icons next to the title like here :
http://theme.crumina.net/index.php?theme=maestro
Would be great…

http://support.swiftideas.net/forums/topic/filterable-portfolio/December 3, 2013 at 1:19 pm #35015Hi Ed. Thanks again for adding the Ajax Search. This was a must-have for our sites. Just a few thoughts. It would be nice if the Search box was displayed without covering up the menu. For example, in the link below, the menu is shifted to the left, when the search box is selected, http://www.yootheme.com/demo/wordpress/moustache. They also have an example to the right using the Square theme. Another option would be to place the search box under the menu, for example, http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold. Just my two cents, but I would prefer to not cover up the menu items.
Also, it seems to me that the search box should be dismissed when you click anywhere on the page. Right now, you have to click on the Search icon in order to dismiss the search box. If you forget, the search box will always be displayed and covering up the menu, which is not a good user experience. Thanks.

Fixed this for the next update. Thanks for all the feedback. We’ll consider some custom css to change the search location!

December 4, 2013 at 7:11 pm #35293Hi there, It would be great if you can update and put more informations in the documentation online file.
It’s just a bit short in terms of explanations and examples.
Like in shortcodes > Icon Boxes we need to try all the type to see what they look like.
It would be great to have just a picture of it in the documentation so that we can refer to..
Cheers π
December 5, 2013 at 2:33 pm #35499Hello. I would like to request an alternative to the custom css area. Since the builder can’t accommodate certain things, like parallax area height, different icon colors, etc. I find myself always switching over to the admin area to add in my custom css. Often times, this becomes trial and error. It would be great to have an external css file that I can edit through a standard css editor, which also means cleaner and readable code. This could also apply to the js section, but the css file is more critical for me. Thanks!
December 6, 2013 at 5:31 am #35675You could add into the color customiser section something for the highlight colour. It’s a small thing but a nice touch.
E.g.
::selection { background-color: #FF0084 ; } ::-moz-selection { background-color: #FF0084 ; }
December 6, 2013 at 3:28 pm #35745Just my 2 cents on the builder. I have had a chance to work with many themes that used different variations of Visual Composer. With the customized versions used in the Jupiter and The7 themes, it just seems much easier to use. For example, I can choose a parallax section and then drop 3×1/3 boxes inside. I can then add an icon and then a text element to each box. This can all be done visually without using shortcodes and it makes it very easy to go back and modify. With Swift Builder, I can add a Parallax element, but then need to add shortcodes in a text box, which then generates code. It’s even harder to add in the 1/3 boxes. This is just one example and I guess I got used to the more visual way of composing the layouts. It would also be nice to set icon colors and parallax heights, etc. without always having to add custom css. I just find the Swift Builder much harder to use.
December 6, 2013 at 7:03 pm #35790More customization possibilities for product category pages would be amazing, e.g. like a category slider (http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/product-category/women/) and posibility to add descriptional text to category pages in a nicely stylend way.
Banner Grids would also be a very great feature!
Thank you for the great work at all!
December 9, 2013 at 4:42 am #35953The french translation is quite approximate (I believe this is google style translation ?) Dealing with translation with the mo file is not very practical…
I think it’d be easier to get a tab in the admin panel where we could change directly all the words needed like on this theme for exemple : http://themes.goodlayers.com/modernize/translator/
