Hi,

I see that admin-ajax.php file url http://www.subsbuddy.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php giving 404 error. While it is exist. Please contact at hosting provider about it.

Hey,

To replicate the 404 for admin-ajax.php you will need to first try and save the theme options. This will give the 404 error in the console log.

Have you made any core edits to any files?

Ok, but it was all working fine until I updated the theme to the latest version, and also updated WordPress to the latest version.

I’ve checked your site and can’t see any specific issues – can you please check your server error logs to see if there is anything showing there? Definitely not anything to do with the theme/theme options framework as far as I’m aware – could be something to do with setup.

I’ll happily provide a previous theme version if you’d like to test that? Let us know which one you were using before if so.

For what it’s worth, I had this issue and I added this to my wp-config.php and that seems to have resolved the issue.

/** Memory Limit */
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
