I’m trying to add a new section in an accordion element and when I type new text in the “Section Title”, then click “Save”, it doesn’t update the text.

Glad you got this sorted. What OS/version are you using?

Does the update only fail in Microsoft Edge?

I’m on Windows 10 and I only tried it in Edge and Chrome. Chrome works fine.

    Thanks for all your help!

    Greetings,

I am making new additions to my accordion element and am running into this same issue. I’ve tried making the change in Google Chrome and MS Edge, I also restarted my computer to see if that would help, but the text in the Section Title still disappears when I try to enter it. I’ve tried multiple times on both browsers.

    Please help!

    Thank you,
    Nancy

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active.

    Hi David,

WooCommerce isn’t listed in my plugins list. We don’t use it, so I have all the settings turned off in the “Theme Options” section.

I’ve deactivated all the other plugins, except Swift Framework, as requested. I tried making the change in the new Accordion Section after these changes were made, but am still running into the same problem.

Your help is appreciated as we’re trying to meet a deadline.

    Let me know next steps.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi,

I am testing this here: http://info.aladvantage.com/?p=273.

Everything is working great, can you please test adding a couple of new sections? Any chance you can provide a screencast?

    Thanks.

    Hello again David,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I’m off from Fri to Sun.

I updated my theme and tried doing the update again and still have the same issue. The problem is the same as the screenshots submitted on January 10th.

Essentially, I type in the text in the Section Title field, then click the “save icon” and the text in the title still shows “Section #”, not the new title that I just typed in.

Is it possible there’s a limit to the max number of sections?

    Please help!

    Thank you,
    Nancy

    I’m using Google Chrome.
