    Hello guys,

    Unfortunately I still have a similar problem. I have WordPress 4.8 and Dante 3.3.61 installed and the latest Dante update fixed the problem but what I’m experiencing is that sometimes I can edit and sometimes not.

    After clicking Edit Page in most cases I’m getting info about no content on page. Then if I click View Page and again Edit Page it’s a lottery – sometimes it’s showing a page content and sometimes not. If not I need to try again: View Page and Edit Page. Usually once or twice is enough to see the content properly. Sometimes the Swift Builder it’s working straight away.

    In many cases after applying changes and clicking update the page is refreshing and showing no content again. Then if I need to edit it again, must repeat above steps.

    This problem never happened before updating WordPress to 4.8. I have done both updates two days ago. Cache is cleared.

    I understand. We want to renew the licence but we have some questions.
    Please see both attachments.
    We received email from Envato about support offer $10,63.
    I clicked for the link, logged in and price is completely different – now shows $29,38.
    After I proceed there was an additional charge $2 (handling fee) and 6,28 VAT – together $37,66.
    Handling fee and VAT is understandable but 29,38 is quite a big difference comparing to 10,63 don’t you think?
    Do you know why that happen?

    Hi,
    No, above issue is resolved. There are some issues with tables due to DataTable JS error but I will sort that out.
    Did your colleague changed something? Like deactivating any plugin or other changes? I thought I will get more information from you regarding accessing our business website. At least what and when. Should I request a report to get that information?

    Hi,
    Looks like the problem is resolved. Server provider reset CDN and also refreshed cache at their end.
    Did anyone tried to look from inside and used login details provided?

    Hi,
    No, we are not using any cache plugins or other cache functionality on Live and test site. We do have connection with WP Engine and I’m sure they have own cache environment. We are using them on both sites from very beginning.

    Ok, Thanks. But it seems I will miss updates to this file if I will just keep replacing it every time theme update 🙂 Don’t you think? It’s good for now but is there any other solution?

    Hi Kyle,
    Thanks for your response.
    There were issues with layout. Most of things was disordered on mobile and tablet. I replaced responsive.css file from new v3.31 with old one from v3.17 and layout looks same as before now. Is that acceptable solution? Can this cause any errors to Dante v3.31?
    We do have issue with accordions and tabs now. They all disappeared. WP 4.5.2. Should I open a new topic?
