December 10, 2013 at 7:13 am in reply to: Site Updated to New Version of Theme and Image Enlargement Option is Not There #36180Can you email me a copy of the previous version of the theme so that I may revert back to that version where the feature was working in the meantime?
In order to fix the missing logo at checkout, you do need to remove the logos from the theme and upload them again. After that it shows up again. For those stumped on this issue!
I’m getting this issue showing on my site as well. Only with mine I am not throwing an error, but the logo itself doesn’t show up because its being stored in a unsecured folder. I know the logos are uploaded within the theme itself, so how do I get it to show up when I get to the secured part of the site?

Sorry I had changed the page name after I submitted this ticket.
thanks
Yes I am using the latest version of the theme. It seems to be working fine on my iPhone on iOS7… I can add to wishlist and see the item on my wishlist page. When I use Chrome it does NOT work. I just tested it on Chrome and Firefox. Firefox is NOW WORKING…it wasn’t a couple days ago.
I am only seeing an issue with Chrome now.

You also need to make sure the Woocommerce Layered Nav widget is in the woocommerce sidebar as well as the other two mentioned otherwise it won’t work.
October 26, 2013 at 12:57 am in reply to: New Updated Theme w/ Woocommerce 2.0.18 doesn't work on Safari #28595Go to trupulsedirect.com/hammerandhandimports on ios7and the home page shows nothing which it has content on it… Check it on chrome on the computer and see what it’s supposed to look like. Also check the drop down function does not work at all nor does the search or personal shopper worker.
Please assist
I too am having an issue with the Wishlist not working. I’m not so much concerned about the color of text but the functionality.
When I’m in firefox and click on the star…it does nothing, does not add to wishlist or change star to check mark like its supposed to.
When I’m on Chrome it will change the star to a check mark, but doesn’t add anything to the wishlist.
http://trupulsedirect.com is the domain and I have another on trupulsedirect.com/hammerandhandimports that does nothing as well.
At one point before the recent theme update the Wishlist function was working fine.
Please assist.
kentOctober 25, 2013 at 4:12 pm in reply to: New Updated Theme w/ Woocommerce 2.0.18 doesn't work on Safari #28513I reverted back to woocommerce 2.0.16 and it still doesn’t work. This all started to happen after the new update to your theme.
Can you tell us what environment with versions of woocommerce and wordpress and browsers, etc that your theme is supposed to work properly on and actually be stable. I have a live site and a development site that I’m using this theme on and these problems are becoming a major issue.
Thanks,
KentI can verify as well for ntr12 ….Attached is a screenshot from YOUR site that explains the theme and what it does. You can see that is says ARE supposed to be able to use custom attributes.
The “colour” attribute that comes with your demo content is just another attribute, so not sure why it can’t search for another attribute like its supposed to.
If this issue cannot not be Fixed for us…I am going to request for my money back, due to False advertising. This is only just one issue that we’ve been dealing with this Theme, its been a really big pain.
I think you guys should be very clear as to what versions of Woocommerce and WordPress and browser as well that should be used to make your theme work properly.
thanks
Isn’t the theme supposed to be able to filter more than just product categories? Otherwise you can just click on a category.
If I have a “Color” attribute for products that has colors that I define, shouldn’t the personal shopper be able to filter the color as well. That is what is showing on your demo and seems to work.
On my site I’m seeing that it is not working properly, all it is doing is showing me the right category I searched for, giving me all the results not filtering by color.
If I look in my attributes section of the dashboard I can see that I have 4 products that are pink.
If you go to trupulsedirect.com and search for Bluetooth Speakers in Pink it brings up 2 results when there is only one in pink.
Please assist as this is the main feature that made me purchase your theme two times.
Thanks,
KentMy sentiments exactly….Thank You!
