Hi,

is this why these 3 errors are occurring?
I am afraid at this stage we cannot keep updating the theme as it creates bugs throughout the site and we are trying to finalise it rather than keep changing it.

All the other functionalities of the theme work totally fine,
so I do not think an update of the main theme would solve the issue.

Please could you advise?

Hi Rui,

thanks for your advice.
If we wanted the exact functionality I was describing above *
would swiftideas be able to customise that functionality for us,
upon an agreed fee? Do you offer customisations based on a fee?

We are willing to invest a reasonable fee in order to get the functionality we need.
Please let me know what you think.

*Inside a portfolio item i have various images layed out,
and when i click on them a lightbox pops up with that image.
Instead I would like to be able to load all the images on the portfolio item page inside the lightbox. with arrow navigation and thumbnail navigation at the bottom.

Hi Rui,

yes that is right. That is what i am trying to achieve.
whatever image you click inside the portfolio item the lightbox will appear with all the images in this portfolio item.

Is that possible?

Hi Rui,

thanks for the reply.
I am not trying to create a gallery item in the page with the page builder,
instead I am trying to get a lightbox gallery from each media on my portfolio item, if that makes sense.
At the moment it just opens that image.

I have updated the theme to the latest version but this hasn’t helped.
Also inside a portfolio item on the back end inside one of the tabs Detail Media
you can set the Detail type (i have tried stacked gallery) but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
Shouldn’t that apply to all the media on the portfolio item page?

So i guess i have to update to the latest version to see all the changes.
but i m not sure which one you are referring to as child theme.

Joyn is the theme I am using, but which one is the child theme you are referring to?

has this issue been fixed?
I am still experiencing the same issue on version 1.31.
If I need to update my theme version how can i do it without loosing all the css customisations I have made? Could I just do the update and then replace styles.css and responsive.css or is it going to create issues?

Hi,

I noticed that you managed to load multiple images in the lightbox,
for the “is that you Elvis ” portfolio item.

I have the same issue, could you please share your solution?
