Hi @msc-val
It looks like you may have some files in a child theme, that are overriding files in the parent theme that have been updated?
Please can you confirm if you have a child theme in place, and if so – which files you have overridden?
Thanks,
Ed
Hi @blacktrout
Can you provide a link to the page where you’ve added this, so that we can check it?
Thanks,
Ed
Hi BR,
Sorry for the delay. We use Amazon web services. Would highly recommend, not too expensive and very quick.
Ed
Hi @comsud
Can you provide a link for us to check?
Thanks for letting me know – will definitely check it out!
Ed
Hi @catalin
Wow – I’d be very interested to hear who you went with, and also glad that your issue has been resolved.

Hi there,
Please use this CSS instead:
.post-type-archive-product .page-heading-breadcrumbs.fancy-heading #breadcrumbs { display: none; } .post-type-archive-product .page-heading.fancy-heading { height: auto!important; } .post-type-archive-product .page-heading.fancy-heading .heading-text { margin-top: 0!important; top: 0; opacity: 1!imporatnt; padding: 50px 0; }
Thanks,
Ed
Hi @catalin
Definitely not trying to argue here – doing anything but making our theme as fast as we can would be counter-productive. Anything that we can replicate and investigate, we’ll be happy to resolve.
We tested your method, to the point, and again got 0.28s. Tested a few more times, including incognito, and also 0.28s. I appreciate you are seeing this, and I wonder why – maybe because of your region?
At the end of the day the theme uses more database calls and php that a default WordPress theme because it provided extra features and options. Unfortunately all that does come at the cost of a certain amount of speed over a basic theme.

Apologies for that, go to Theme Options > Header Options, then disable this option:
You’d need to modify template files in order to add items to that menu – we can provide a quote for this if you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself.
Thanks,
Ed
Hi @catalin
We’ve already responded to you on this via email – again, not sure how you were seeing 1.6 seconds, but this simply isn’t true. We’ve checked multiple pages on our site and all are milliseconds, not seconds. Please stop spreading false information.
@PictureItKids – please take other comments with a pinch of salt. We’d highly recommend using wpengine – we have used them for years and have had nothing but great things from them. Thanks,
Ed
No problem, happy to help.

Hi Trelam,
On mobile, we don’t provide scroll within map support, as otherwise the touch event gets caught, and doesn’t allow the user to scroll past the map.
Hope that explains it – please let us know if you have any more concerns.
Ed
Shared hosting – if so, this is the reason for the performance. Unfortuantely, shared hosting simply doesn’t cut it for premium WordPress themes.
