There is an update from ContactMe customer support about this issue.

The plug-in from ContactMe does not display correctly in https since new browser updates block the non-https content. The ContactMe company does not have a https version and it can be changed in your individual browsers to allow to show unsecure content by following their respective instructions. Since our website is https secure then it will not initially show the plug-in functions. For Firefox, the instruction are below.

I have the same question and see that some options appear in the “woocommerce theme options” page but it appears this is not working or something? Can you confirm if this is the section that is supposed to add a sidebar to the individual product pages or not and how to get it working if so. I have the options selected but a sidebar does not appear on the product pages. Thanks for all your support so far.

Copied listing on the WooCommerce Theme Options Page Suggesting a Sidebar can be selected for the WoocCommerce Product Pages.
Default Product Sidebar Config
Choose the sidebar config for WooCommerce shop/category pages.

Default Product Left Sidebar
Choose the default left sidebar for WooCommerce product pages.

Default Product Right Sidebar
Choose the default right sidebar for WooCommerce product pages.

Was able to fix it using the method mentioned in the link below but it seems to be a fix that just alleviates the problem partially. Not sure why all the info is not being accepted.

Correct it is not working/showing in Chrome or Firefox. It is showing in IE10.
