I just converted the site to Extra by Elegant Themes and it works great now. For simplicity, I’m just going to keep the site on Extra. Thanks for your help, though!
I was not able to add products from the Decorative Push Pins category to cart in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on my 2015 MacBook Pro, my iPhone 6S, or my client’s Windows 10 machine. I was, however, able to add products Custom Fabric Cork Boards category.
Thereafter, I noticed that Ajax was not active on the site, so I reenabled it. Now, I’m able to add Decorative Push Pins, but I can no longer add Custom Fabric Cork Boards.
I’ll start a new topic. To answer your question, “No, they don’t work fine for me.” When I turn off Ajax, only the products that use GFPA can be added to cart.
I should clarify and say that the issue does not happen on every computer or browser, but we have received 4 emails in the last 2 weeks from clients who say they cannot add items to cart.
I disabled Ajax, which means that the non-GFPA category products can no longer be added to cart. Because the non-GFPA items are the best selling items, leaving it in this condition for very long is not ideal. If you’re able to provide support quickly, I would appreciate it very much! Thank you!
I’m having the same issue with the Gravity Forms Product Add-ons (GFPA) extension: products don’t add to cart, but they add fine when I switch to Divi by Elegant Themes. With Atelier, here’s the oddity:
With Ajax enabled in the WooCommerce settings, the products that use GFPA won’t add to cart. With Ajax disabled, the products that don’t use GFPA won’t add to cart, so I’m in a lose-lose.
Here’s the link to the product category that uses GFPA: https://www.pushpinsandfabriccorkboards.com/product-category/custom-fabric-bulletin-boards/
Here’s the link to one of the 3 product categories that do not use GFPA: https://www.pushpinsandfabriccorkboards.com/product-category/decorative-push-pins/

Thanks for your reply. It’s still not working, though. What else can we try?
Actually, all I’m asking is to replace the “Select Options” button with the shopping cart icon that the other product categories display.
Thanks for getting back with me. I added this code and it widened the store button, which allows “Select Options” to display more clearly, but I would prefer to keep the native button width and insert an icon in place of “Select Options.” Would you mind helping me with that? Thanks!
Sorry about that!
December 8, 2015 at 10:08 pm in reply to: Product Description & Additional Information Alignment #234045Thanks for getting back with me. It worked on the desktop version, but “Additional Information” is still cutoff on the mobile version.
Thank you for your work. It doesn’t appear to be resolved, as a search for the word “black” shows a purple and white fabric as its first search result. I looked through the product description of the purple and white fabric and the word black is not used, but I did find it in the source code in the name of one of the images. So, it looks like the search functionality may be pulling from the image URLs. If we can exclude image titles, descriptions, alt tags, etc. from the search, then I bet that will fix the issue. Thank you for your help!
