    Do i still need to resolve that issue with the jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js file?

    Hi Mohammad,

    I did get the images to show up. They were still pointing to a previous staging URL.

    Im not sure what you mean about the jquery string. I talked to my hosting provier (godaddy) yesterday but they didnt know what you were talking about. That do I need to instruct them to do?

    I downloaded the latest revslider.zip from this forum and uploaded all of its contents via FTP. I did that method twice and third time I did it through the plugin within wordpress. “Manually update plugin”

    Those URLs are a previous staging environment but the current images should not be hosted there. I have them in my current media library.

    I considered that as an issue so i’ve even tried to replace the images with a brand new local file. It appears there is another issue not allowing me to edit the BG image on an existing slide OR a brand new “test” one.

    Ad lastly, when I click the magnifine glass to preview the slide, it doesn’t do anything.

    That is the correct FTP, i just used it.

    How would I allow your IP? Are you able to just give me more specific instructions if you cannont login to ftp?

    Be advised that is is SFTP login not FTP.
